Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Some vendor items may be excluded from this policy; any exceptions will be noted on the product page.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee is waived when:

  • You exchange the item for one of equal or greater value, or
  • You choose store credit instead of a refund.

Round-trip shipping charges still apply even when the restocking fee is waived.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be returned in their original boxes and packaging.
  • Items must be unassembled. Once assembled, a product is no longer eligible for return, but may still qualify for exchange.
  • Special order items (e.g., custom fabric selections) are final sale and non-refundable.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at no charge under the following conditions:

  • Custom/special order items: cancellation must be made before production begins.
  • In-stock items: cancellation must be made before the item ships.

If you refuse delivery after the order has shipped, the return will be subject to this Return Policy and any applicable manufacturer rules.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives visibly damaged, please note "Package Damaged" when signing for delivery, even if the damage appears minor. If the damage is significant, you may refuse delivery.
  • If a product is assembled at the time of delivery, please inspect it carefully before the delivery crew leaves and before packaging is discarded.
  • If you discover damage or missing parts after accepting delivery, do not discard the packaging. Contact us immediately — most carriers only allow freight claims within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If we are unable to resolve the issue with replacement parts, we will arrange for the carrier to pick up the item, and a replacement will be sent once it is received back.
  • If the issue is due to a manufacturer defect or our error, we will cover the cost of returning the item to us.

Refund Processing

Please keep your return tracking number and email it to us so we can monitor the shipment. Refund processing involves multiple steps, some outside of our control, so please allow reasonable time for the credit to appear on your original payment method. We ask that you do not initiate a chargeback with your credit card company while a return is being processed.
